Betsy is the current managing partner of Webb Lorah & McMillan, PLLC. She is a licensed CPA in the state of Florida. She received her Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Miami in 1994. She also received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with Honors from the University of Miami in 1992. She represented the University of Miami as a competitive diver throughout her years in college and was an NCAA All-American.

Her primary areas of practice include income tax planning and preparation for individuals, corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. In addition, she provides tax services for estates and trusts, as well as fiduciary accounting services.

Betsy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Charlotte County Estate Planning Council. She is a former board member and treasurer of C.A.R.E. of Charlotte County, Inc., and served on the PTO and SAC of her children’s school.

Geoff graduated with honors from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in both Florida and Pennsylvania. Geoff is also licensed in Florida as a Community Association Manager.

Geoff’s primary areas of practice include audit and other attestation services, as well as accounting, tax planning and tax return preparation services, for small business entities, common interest realty
association and not-for-profit organizations. Geoff also provides tax planning and tax preparation services for individuals, partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations.

Geoff is currently a member of the American Institute of CPA’s, Florida Institute of CPA’s and Pennsylvania Institute of CPA’s, as well as the Community Association Institute. He has been a CPA since 1977 and with Webb, Lorah & McMillan, PLLC, since 1989. Geoff is involved with local charities and community organizations, has been an active Rotarian since 1986, and has served as president of two different Rotary clubs.

Sankey E. “Eddie” Webb, III

Sankey E. Webb, III, “Eddie”, grew up in Charlotte County and graduated from Charlotte High School. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel in Charleston, SC, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Auburn University.

He served as an officer in the United State Air Force from 1970 to 1979 when he resigned his commission and joined Blankenship, Livings, Lamar & Company, an accounting firm in Montgomery, AL, and served as a partner in the firm from 1983 to 1985.

Eddie returned to Charlotte County in 1985 and opened an independent general accounting practice in Punta Gorda, Florida that today is Webb, Lorah & McMillan, PLLC, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants. Eddie retired on June 1, 2023 after 38 years managing the firm.

Eddie has served as a member of the board of trustees of Florida South Western State College, AMIkids Crossroads, Inc., the board of directors of the Punta Gorda Kiwanis Club, the Kiwanis Foundation of Charlotte County and as the treasurer of the Punta Gorda History Center, Inc.
